Talk Bookish to Me by Kate Bromley

Talk Bookish to Me by Kate Bromley

Talk Bookish to Me by Kate Bromley is an amazing rom-com with some laugh-out-loud moments and plenty of heat. It follows Kara, a romance writer who’s just trying to finish her next book, and Ryan, her college ex, who unexpectedly turns up in her life. The chemistry between Kara and Ryan is undeniable and I absolutely loved how their story unfolded!

And, ICYMI, it’s our next Read With BookClubbish pick, so grab a copy and join our live chat with the author on July 20 at 5:00 p.m. EST. It’s gonna be a blast!—Katie D., Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, Harlequin Trade Publishing

Honey Girl by Morgan Rogers

Honey Girl by Morgan Rogers

My summer pick is Honey Girl by Morgan Rogers. As an avid contemporary romance reader, this book is everything and more that I’m looking for. It’s the perfect medley of self-love, healing and growth.

Plus, I love that it’s about an LGBTQIP+ romance. So relevant and incredibly worthy of all the praise that it’s received. This is a summer must-read!—Abi S., Social Media Coordinator, Harlequin Trade Publishing

The Clover Girls by Viola Shipman

The Clover Girls by Viola Shipman

If you’re like me, you spent your summers at camp or hanging out with your besties all summer. If you were really lucky, you got to combine the two! If you want to relive that magic, you need to pick up The Clover Girls by Viola Shipman. This is the story of four best friends who were once inseparable, are now all grown up and hardly speaking (due to an event during their last summer at camp).

After receiving some devastating news, they reunite at Camp Birchwood, but it’s not as magical as it was all those years ago. They’re all struggling with life events tied to their marriages, children and careers. Are they able to reunite and start to repair what was broken, while repairing themselves? You’ll have to read this fantastic book to find out! Also, I highly recommend having 80’s music playing in the background while you’re reading this book.—Lindsey R., Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Harlequin Trade Publishing

The Lost Apothecary by Sarah Penner

The Lost Apothecary by Sarah Penner

A forgotten history. A secret network of women.  A legacy of poison and REVENGE?! Count me in!

The Lost Apothecary by Sarah Penner is the perfect pick for anyone who loves a good story filled with secrets, vengeance, and GIRL POWER.I’ve always been drawn to female-led stories and The Lost Apothecary does just that. It’s definitely a page-turner and once you pick it up, good luck trying to put it down.

P.S. I know you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover but I mean, look at it! It’s so PRETTY!—Hodan I., Social Media Manager, Harlequin Trade Publishing
